Questions & Answers
We’re available 24/7 for any questions you have, but here is a list of our most frequently asked questions.

Check in is at 3PM and Check Out is at 11 am.

All of our rooms are non-smoking. We do have a designated smoking area centrally located with cliffside views.

Our fitness center is open from 5:00AM to 12:00AM and includes treadmills, stationary bikes, elliptical, weights and dumbells.

Room service is available during all open hours of the Cedar Shack Cafe. 7:30am – 10:30am & 5:30 – 9:30 PM.

We do not have a business center, but Wifi is available throughout the entire property and our front desk is happy to assist with faxing or prints.

We have a very large pool with bubblers and a water slide. The hot tub will fit up to 16 people with spectacular views of the cliffs and night sky. Our hot tub is heated year-round. The pool is heated April – October.

The Hozho Spa is located here at Bluff Dwellings and by appointment only. Advanced recommendations are recommended.

Transportation/Directions

Bluff Dwellings Resort is located in Bluff, Utah. Bluff is between Monument Valley and Canyonlands National Park. Escape the crowds of Moab and enjoy the solitude worth the extra drive. Here is a link to our location on Google Maps. (link to https://g.page/bluff-dwellings-resort-spa/?share)

Moab, Utah is the nearest airport with available car rentals. Many of our guests also fly into Grand Junction, CO, Salt Lake City, Utah and Las Vegas, Nevada.

Free parking is available and oversized parking for RVs and Trailers is also included free of charge.

Reservations

When you booked you should have received a confirmation to your email address.  If you are missing your confirmation give us a call or email us at [email protected] and we will send you a new confirmation.

We do have pack-n-plays available free of charge based on availability so please give us a call or email [email protected] to add to your reservation.  Roll-aways are available for $25/night.  Due to fire code we may only add one roll-away per room.

If you booked through another website you must reach out to them to make any changes or you can book direct and cancel the reservation.

Yes! If you’ve found a better rate on another site please share with us and we will match the rate.

We take full payment with all reservations and they are fully refundable within 24 hours of your reservation.

21 years of age is the required age to reserve any rooms at Bluff Dwellings.

For your security and ours we do require an ID or passport when checking in.

We do not have any connecting rooms, but check our our Family Dwellings or Tower Suites. We will also do our best to put your group next to each other whenever possible.

Yes we do have ADA accessible rooms with roll in showers.

If you must leave early there is a $50 service charge or if after 1 pm you will be charged for the cost of one more night.

Restaurant

The Cedar Shack Cafe is open from 7:30am – 10:30 am and 5:30pm – 9:30pm. Breakfast serves omelets, waffles, smoothies and espresso. Dinner includes brick oven pizzas, salads, sandwiches and wings.

Yes. Beer is available in the front office market.

Pets

Yes, we glady will accept up to 2 canine companions per room.  Please note pets must not weigh more than 50 lbs, or two pets must weigh less than 75 lbs combined.  A $100 non-refundable deposit is required per stay and you must complete a pet waiver prior to arrival.  Please give us advance notice and ask any questions that you may have.

Yes. 4 of our rooms are pet-friendly and the other 53 rooms are pet free..

We have walking trails here on-site. We expect our guests to clean up after their pets. There are also hundreds of miles of canyons and wilderness within a 10 minute drive.

Meetings

Bluff Dwellings has a 1500 square foot conference room perfect for corporate meetings and getaways. Complete with sound system, projector, whiteboards and kitchen serving room. Send an email to [email protected] with your group size and contact information.
